Staying at this lovely 17th-century chateau was a unique experience that beautifully marries luxury with a homey, rustic touch. Picture squeaky doors and original beam ceilings—definitely charming! Stephanie, our host, was a major highlight, serving a delightful home-cooked meal that felt personal. The pool area offers a pleasant retreat to unwind, and I especially enjoyed walking through the tranquil forest with Kapla, their dog—an unexpected joy! While the chateau provides many comforts like free Wi-Fi in public areas and delightful outdoor dining spaces for those sunny afternoons, potential guests should consider the value in its offerings.
